Rita Rivera Fox inspires individuals in their quest for creating a life of true authenticity and emotional well-being by demonstrating how to create a supportive and life-affirming relationship between mind and body. By revealing how illusory and limiting thoughts affect the quality of daily experiences, Rita guides people to create fulfilling, centered lives. Using her unique approach, Rita helps students practice a deeper state of peace and awareness that leads to real and sustained transformation.

As one of don Miguel Ruiz’s (best-selling author of The Four Agreements) original apprentices, Rita has worked closely with him and his mother Sarita, co-facilitating workshops, teacher trainings and sacred journeys. Using his teachings as an inspiration, she has developed her own methods to lead students to quiet their minds and reconnect with their authentic selves.

Rita co-founded Life Mastery Programs with Meghan McChesney Gilroy to create an environment for personal transformation through self-awareness, self-reflection and group interaction. She is the creator and Master Teacher of Life Mastery Dreaming, an advanced program for dedicated students committed to healing self-limitations and realizing their full human potential.

Rita has been a featured speaker and presenter at innovative educational venues including the Omega Institute, Teton Wellness Festival and Spirit Recovery Conferences. She has facilitated group spiritual retreats to place of power throughout the world including Mexico, Honduras, Peru, Ireland, England, Italy and Greece.

Rita maintains a successful private practice based on her Crisis Counseling, Emotional Release Work and Trans-personal Hypnotherapy Training.
